the perfect snowflake card

Its simple, elegant and just plain easy to achieve. I stamped the awesome new ORNAMENTAL SNOWFLAKES in VERSAMARK clear ink. I embossed with SILVER EMBOSSING powder. Then I stamped priceless in the PINK PETUNIA chalk pad. I layered the white square onto the dark pink and then onto the lighter pink cardstock from the LILYANNA collection. Fold over a bit of ribbon from my scrap bin and finish it off. VOILA! I love this card...

I do so like yours better than mine! Oriented it incorrectly (the Priceless is on the side instead of the bottom -- looks much better on the bottom) and used Pink Brilliance to avoid the embossing powder. I gotta get over this aversion to ultra-ultra-fine powders and glitters. (Of course, I found glitter on my cheeks this morning -- just from pulling the goodies from the MWAG bag two days ago).

Love your blog. Gotta talk on Saturday!
